New Volunteers - Getting Started:

Follow these instructions to apply and start getting involved:

1. Create an account to start responding to volunteer opportunities. 

• If you are already a volunteer with us, you will have an email invitation to join this site, and then you can follow the instructions below.
• If you are a new volunteer with us, click "Sign up" and then follow the instructions below.

2. Select the application option most relevant to you.

• If you are applying specifically to be a Take Stock In Children mentor, please select "Take Stock In Children".
• If you are applying specifically to be an Entrepreneurship volunteer, please select "Entrepreneurship".
• For all other volunteer roles, please select "General Volunteer".

3. Answer the questions to complete your application and profile.

4. Complete any required "Qualifications", such as submitting your photo I.D. or completing a waiver, before responding to volunteer opportunities.

5. Once you are notified that your qualifications are approved, you can start responding to opportunities and get involved.

6. After responding to an opportunity, you will receive an automatic email confirmation and will then hear from our Volunteer Manager within 1-3 business days.
