Students enrolled in Collier County Public School’s Entrepreneurship Program, create and fully develop their own product or service while also discussing foundational business topics. Judges are an encouraging advocate and a gentle guide, helping the student teams reflect and improve on their product or service while developing life skills.

Judges help us bridge the gap between the community and the schools and offer strategic direction to student teams during their pitch presentations.Pitch presentations occur on school grounds during the school day


Time Commitment:

Judges are expected to attend pitch presentations at least one time, between 2-4 hours.Judges are matched to each high school as needed for the MVP (December/January) and Final pitches (April).

Mentors facilitate learning differently than directly teaching by encouraging students to find solutions themselves.

Time Commitment:

Mentors are expected to meet with their student teams on school grounds once a week for at least an hour. The energy and effort increases before key milestones such as the Minimum Viable Product Pitch near the academic year’s mid-point and at the year’s end for Investor Pitch.
